What is your delivery area?
Our primary delivery areas includes Pleasanton, Livermore, & Dublin. However, if you would like a yard announcement delivered to a city that is not listed, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional travel fee.
When should I place my order?
The sooner the better. We take reservations months in advance, but orders can be filled within the first few days of baby's arrival. The sooner you call us, the better chance we have of getting the stork there before Mom and baby arrive home.
When is the yard card delivered?
We need a minimum of 24 hours notice, and strive to fulfill the order within 48 hours. Specific delivery times will be confirmed when the order is placed.
What are the signs made of and how do they stand up?
Our signs are made from pressure treated wood, hand painted and sealed with protective coating. The sign has a small metal stake that is used to securely anchor it to the ground. Once the sign is removed there will be no traces of the stake left behind.
What if I want to move the sign?
Please do not attempt to move the sign. If it is crucial that the sign be moved please contact us.
Can I mow and water my lawn?
If you trim your yard during the rental period, please be careful around the sign. If at all possible, please avoid trimming close to the base of the sign. We appreciate you taking precautions to protect our lawn announcements. Watering is fine, our signs are sealed to protect them from water damage.
What if the sign becomes damaged?
Our signs are very durable. However, if you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please notify us immediately. Our signs are not designed to withstand climbing by children. Please, for your child(ren)'s safety, do not allow them to play on or near the sign. If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately.
Does somebody need to be home when the sign arrives?
No. We will take care of everything. However, if the recipients live in a gated community, we will either need a gate code or somebody to "buzz" us in (potentially a neighbor).
Do you deliver to apartment or condos?
We offer adorable personalized Baby Bundles that can be hung from apartment or condo doors. These are for purchase only. We are able to deliver all other signs to ground floor units only. The sign can be staked either in the ground, or in a cement-filled flower pot provided by us. When making your order, please don't forget to mention if it is being sent to an apartment or condo so that we can come prepared.
How do I pay for my rental?
At this time we accept checks, money orders and Visa & Mastercard! We can complete credit card transactions over the phone. If pre-ordering, a payment invoice will be mailed to you once the order has been placed. Payments should be made to the name and address indicated on your invoice, and must be received before the date the order is to be fulfilled.
